Information we process

• Google account identifiers, name, email address and profile image used for sign-in.
• Project copy, instructions, uploaded images, generated assets, voice choices and project settings.
• Subscription status, transaction identifiers and credit activity. Complete payment-card details are handled by Creem and are not stored by PosterSpeak AI.
• Basic operational logs needed for security, debugging and abuse prevention.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, provide generation and rendering, manage subscriptions and credits, provide support, secure the service, enforce content policies and comply with legal obligations.

User-supplied prompts that will reach an AI image or video generation model are sent to Creem’s Moderation API for pre-generation safety screening.

Service providers and international processing

We share only the information needed with infrastructure, authentication, AI generation, rendering, moderation and payment providers. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain account, project, billing and security records only as long as needed for the service, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use access controls and private storage where supported, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by using account settings or contacting support. Some billing, fraud-prevention and legal records may need to be retained after account deletion.
